North Carolina 4-H Congress: 4-H Congress is held in Raleigh each year as a statewide event for 4-H’ers across the state of North Carolina. Honor Club members can become involved in several aspects of Congress, including the annual Tapping Ceremony, State 4-H Officer elections, and the Candlelight Clover.
