How to Apply

We are excited that you have chosen to apply for membership in the North Carolina 4-H Honor Club!

The NC 4-H Honor Club Application is now online!

To apply, access the Honor Club Application in Google Sheets here: NC 4-H Achievement Plan/Honor Club/Application

When you click the link and are prompted to make a copy, click the blue button that says Make a Copy. Then read the guidelines carefully! Sample applications can also be found on the NC 4-H Extension Page for Honor Club to assist you in completing the application.
