Mrs. Dot Wagoner was a 4-H member during World War II. The war prevented Tapping from taking place during those years, so as part of the Honor Club Constitution and By-Laws, Mrs. Wagoner was tapped at the 2018 4-H Congress. Welcome to the Honor Club family!
